We have a 14-day return policy, from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. In addition, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

DO NOT return products without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or approval from our support team. Products returned without RMA or approval may be rejected and returned to you. We take no responsibility for such returns.

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:

  • Customers return products by mail

  • Customers receive the return label to download/print

  • Out of customer remorse, customers are given the option to download/print the return label

  • Product terms must be New in original packaging, not used or damaged

  • No restocking fees required

  • No return shipping costs required

  • Any items you have accepted and subsequently returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Pack the product well.

b) The reasons why you are requesting a refund.

c) If there is damage, please attach clear photos.




Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
